To streamline multiple Yard workflows a computerized stock system combines with region-leading warehouse space to ensure that stock access is smooth, and vacant space is always available.

A minimum stock of 9,000 tons of shipbuilding steel of various grades / sizes and 25,000 tonnes of grit for the ship repair activities are kept controlled at all the time in order to avoid any disruption of work.

Regular inventory and review of stock are being conducted in order to maintain a proper balance of stock. The warehouse building covers an area of 5,000 sqm with its controlled stores for special items’ and 7,800 sqm of storage area for material which consists of more than 9,000 items necessary for the Yard’s production activities, such as steel plates, pipes, fittings, marine cables, anodes, etc. to ensure availability of stock at all the times.
